It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the rapidly changing news today. Please know that the measures being put in place by all levels of government are necessary to protect our most vulnerable citizens. We all have a critical role to play in slowing the spread of COVID-19.
Please, if you are able, check in on your neighbours. They may need some help running errands, picking up groceries or prescriptions, or just someone to talk to for a few minutes.
