The Corporation of the Township of Billings is undertaking a new five-year Strategic Plan.
What is a Strategic Plan?
A strategic plan is a guiding document that identifies what is important to Council, Staff and the Community. The plan includes a vision for the community – “where do we want to be?” And an action plan to answer the question – “how are we going to get there?”
By adopting a strategic plan, Staff can adequately plan capital projects, budget requests, staffing and opportunities to collaborate with other departments and other organizations to deliver the actions identified in our plan.
The Township of Billings has engaged the services of Capital Park Consulting to assist in facilitating the strategic planning process and is engaging with our Committees of Council for their input.
