Old Mill Rd. Waterline Project Contractors, Denis Gratton Construction Ltd., will be commencing active construction along Old Mill Rd. as early as Thursday, April 27th. This work will include excavation of the roadway in various locations to install the new watermain and service connections, followed by re-instatement of the road.
Old Mill Rd. is relatively narrow, so the work will involve reduction to one lane OR, in some cases, complete closure of the road for a period. The contractor will ensure that all residents always have access to their properties, but during some periods, some residents may have to use Newburn Rd. and Graham Rd., depending on where Old Mill Rd. is closed.
