Billings Township Road Improvements

Almost 5 km of roadways in Billings Township have been improved throughout the summer of 2023 thanks to investments from the Canada Community-Building Fund.
Portions of John Street, 20th Sideroad, Main Street, A Range and Carter Crescent were hard surfaced by MSO as selected in via group tendering through the Manitoulin and North Shore Road Supervisors Association. Each section of road included in the hard surfacing have not been hard surfaced in the last 10 years. This project rehabilitated 5 roads within the township and has created a new hard surface on the road to improve rideability.
