BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Committee of the Whole meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Hunt presiding.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

The agenda was amended to add under Old Business g) Committees.
Council reviewed the Sustainability Plan Goals and determined what action was needed to work towards completing the goals.
The Township Brushing Policy has been tabled until the next meeting.
Council decided that the amount owing on the plow truck would be financed from reserves. The Clerk Treasurer is to prepare a by-law, with a four year plan.
Discussion regarding donations to be made by the township for 2015. There will be a resolution prepared for the next meeting.
Feedback Days. Discussion regarding topics for the feed back days. Two sessions are to be held – Family Feedback and Seniors Feedback. Dates have not yet been set.
Council reviewed the report on the Fire Hall. The work is to be added to the building capital plan.
The number of members on committees were discussed. It was decided that there should only be one representative on each committee.
It was decided that the Clerk would sit down with Councillors Alkenbrack and Erskine to review the rental rates on the Park Centre.
Discussion regarding what events can be put on the website. Events that take place in Billings Township and are put on by the Township Committees and non-profit organizations.
Clerk Treasurer gave a financial report to Council. There is currently a considerable amount of taxes outstanding.
