BE IT RESOLVED THAT this regular meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum present at 7:30 PM with Mayor Austin Hunt presiding in the Chair.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT due to a lack of quorum we cancel the balance of this meeting until the next scheduled meeting or the call of the chair.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council adjourns from this regular meeting of Council at 7:45 PM until our
next regular meeting of January 19, 2015 or Call of the Chair.
