BE IT RESOLVED that this meeting be opened at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, as a Public meeting of the Municipality of Billings and Allan East, pursuant to the requirements of Section 34 of the Planning Act for purposes of providing information to the public and to allow for public representations on an application, File No. 8011ZBL-17-001, proposing to amend Zoning By-Law No. 80-011 for the Municipality of Billings and Allan East, notice which has been duly administered according to the requirements of Ontario Reg. 545/06.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Agenda for the Municipality of Billings and Allan East Public Meeting Tuesday, February 21, 2017 be adopted as distributed.

Mayor Hunt welcomed everyone to the meeting and explained the meeting was to consider an application made to the Planning Board by Ria Mack.

Mayor Hunt explained that an application had been received from Ria Mack to rezone the subject land from Shoreline Residential (SR) Zone to Commercial Recreation (CR) Zone. The applicant would like to offer her Commercial Recreational Business for sale and rezone the subject land back to its original zoning which was previously changed from CR to SR by by-law 2015-18.

Mayor Hunt gave a history of the subject lands.

There was no public representation at the meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED that this Public Meeting of the Municipality of Billings and Allan East be adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
