BE IT RESOLVED that this regular meeting of Council be opened with a quorum present at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Hunt presiding.

Councillor Parker reported on the February 15, 2017 CPAC meeting.
Councillor Erskine reported that the Winterfest was a success. The next meeting is March 1 at 6:30 p.m.
Councillor Erskine reported on the Canada 150 Committee Meeting. The next meeting is March 1, 2017.
Councillor Alkenbrack reported on the Economic Development Committee.
Mayor Hunt reported that the FONOM annual meeting is in North Bay May 10, 11, 12.
Mayor Hunt reported that the Museum Board would be receiving the Pearson Exhibit for a six month period.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council instructs the Clerk Treasurer to send a letter of acknowledgement to Manitoulin Cycling Advocates that the 7th Annual Manitoulin Passage Ride will involve roadways in Billings Township.
