WHEREAS, the Township of Billings has received an invitation to submit an Application for Small, Rural and Northern Municipal Infrastructure Fund (SRNMIF) Capital Fund;

NOW BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council instructs the Clerk Treasurer and J. L. Richards & Associates to complete and submit the application for funding.
