Short Term Accommodations
The Township of Billings adopted a Short Term Accommodation By-Law in 2022 that requires all owners of Short Term Accommodation Rentals to register their properties to operate.
A Short Term Accommodation provides living accommodation to the travelling or vacationing public and is occupied for a seasonal or temporary period.

If you suspect a premises is being used as a Short-Term Accommodation without a license issued by the Township of Billings, or if you feel the property is creating some sort of nuisance, please call (705) 282-2611 ext. 226, or email bylaw@billingstwp.ca and provide any property details that you can. Details can include the municipal address, a link to the web page you saw the property advertised, or any other information you believe will help Municipal By-Law Officer investigate your concern(s).
