BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council updates the current Supplemental Unemployment Benefits Plan by changing the effective term of the Plan to January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020.

WHEREAS the lease agreement between the Township of Billings and 4Elements expires on December 15, 2015
AND WHEREAS they are waiting for funding before renewing the lease
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the tenant shall continue to occupy the demised premises after the expiration of the term of this lease, with the consent of the landlord and without any further written agreement, the tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a monthly rental equal to the monthly rental as stated in the expired lease agreement until such time as funding is received and a new lease agreement can be executed, to a maximum of six months. The terms and conditions of the lease will remain in effect.
