BE IT RESOLVED THAT this regular meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Billings be opened with a quorum present at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Austin Hunt presiding.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council instructs the Clerk Treasurer to send a letter requesting paved shoulders on Highway 540 as it gets resurfaced to the Minister of Transportation, Premiere of Ontario, MPP Mike Mantha and MP Carol Hughes.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council accepts the recommendation of the Committee formed to review the proposals for lease of 156 Main Street, Kagawong, and instructs the Clerk Treasurer to prepare a three year lease agreement with Lorie Graham, Mudge Bay Mercantile, for said property.
