BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council accepts the minutes of the July 18, 2016 regular meeting as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-Law 2016-29, being a By-Law to dissolve the lease agreement with the Recreation Committee and set criteria for supervising the Gym at 91 Main Street be given first, second, third reading and enacted.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approves the Township of Billings, Recreation Committee, the Museum Board and 4elements to submit a joint application to the Ontario 150 Community Celebration Program to obtain funding for projects approved by Council.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council acknowledges receipt of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Report, Inspection No. 1-CN65B, for the June 14, 2016 inspection of the Kagawong Drinking Water System.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Billings Township will pay the registration for the Clerk Treasurer/CAO to take the Fred Dean Webinars 3.0 and 4.0, for the cost of $190.97 and $224.87 respectively.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council endorses the motion regarding taxation of campgrounds of the City of Quinte West and requests the Clerk Treasurer advise Quinte West Accordingly.
