Special Council meeting
The Township of Billings will be holding a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday October 1st, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the Parks Centre, where Council will receive a presentation from our consultants Pincin Ltd. regarding the Landfill’s Waste Capacity & Closure and Post-Closure Care Liability Estimates (costs) and will be discussing the proposed Waste Management By-Laws.
